Sublimation (ink transfer) can only be with white shirts.  Please only select white at check out.  If you prefer a color shirt, select the color and the direct to film will be used.  If you need a different color that's not listed please contact me prior to ordering.

 

This item is a custom product. I do not accept any returns or exchanges on any custom made orders. If you have any photo to upload .PLEASE make sure they are of good quality AND send pictures to info@mckustomkreations.com WITH your order number or upload here.  Please include custom details including the correct spelling of the name or any wordings.  This shirt has a 3 picture max. I will email you a mock up the custom design. You have 24-48 hours to approve the design. If no response it will be mailed out as is.

Shirts are made to order . It will be mailed out within  5-7 business days after approval of the design.

  • Shipping and Returns

    This is the time needed to create your custom item. Your order will ship 7-10 business days (M-F) after purchase, if not sooner SHIPPING TIME ] Once your order is shipped it estimated to arrive on average within 2-6 business days (M-F) within the US via USPS First Class Package Service. Keep in mind this is a delivery estimate from USPS, not a guarantee. I strongly recommend ordering as soon as possible to give USPS plenty of time to get your gift where it needs to be. Shipping upgrades can be purchased upon checkout.

  • Refunds/Exchanges

    Items shall only be returned if items are damaged, defective, or misprinted as a result of clear seller error. Such items will only be returned for exchange if the buyer complies with inspection and notice requirements to the seller as provided in the terms and conditions. You’ll need to ship us the original shirt back before we can replace it with a new one.

    You can not return or exchange items due to sizing. Please refer to size charts before ordering.
    Returns can only be made within 3 days of receiving your product

    Not all items qualify for returns. Please see our terms to make sure you can return an item.
    We do not reprint orders, you may make a return and place another order.
